Matcha Ninja is not bitter like most matcha. How? Unlike a lot of matcha companies that add sugar and flavouring to their matcha we are a raw organic matcha company. We obtain a smooth flavour by taking the stems out of the tencha leaf before we grind them into the powder and we only use baby tencha, which are naturally sweeter.
